Beyond her ventures in real estate, she is a three-time published author and playwright, having released three successful plays, one of which is set to tour nationally this fall. Her literary contributions, coupled with her stage productions, underscore her profound influence in the arts and entertainment sector.

In addition to her creative pursuits, Bean is the founder of Black Wall Street Unlimited, a testament to her commitment to fostering economic growth and prosperity within the black community. Her dedication to community empowerment extends beyond business to include impactful initiatives such as the Ruth Project, a testament to her holistic approach to community development. With a unique blend of expertise in corporate affairs, real estate, entrepreneurship, and the arts, Bean continues to be a driving force in creating positive and lasting impacts.

Keva Davis

Keva Davis, a second-generation cosmetologist, has always been surrounded by passionate and creative beauty professionals. Captivated by the idea of helping others feel and look amazing, she underwent a career change in 2003, becoming an Advanced Licensed Cosmetologist. In 2009, Keva established and opened her own full-service beauty salon, Beauty By Trinity Professional Salon & Suites, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She believes that everyone deserves to have healthy hair, expressing, “It’s her passion to create, maintain, and design healthy hair, no matter how you wear it!”

Serving as the Creative Director of Ebony Underground, a global brand, Davis has contributed to on-location projects with celebrities, editorial photo shoots, and training videos for major product brands worldwide. Her expertise in the beauty industry is invaluable to Black Wall Street Unlimited’s mission, not only promoting black wellness but also driving the expansion of black territory.

Monica Wrentz

Advisory Board

Monica Wrentz is the Founder and CEO of Overview Transitional Housing, providing individuals with a safe, supportive space to heal and thrive. Understanding the gaps in care, she established Overview Behavioral Health to address the real barriers residents experience. Monica has expanded her reach in the community by becoming the Program Director for The Bridge Ministry, a day and cold shelter for the homeless located in OTR, birthing Overview’s Community Outreach Program. Her dedication to serving the community aligns with Black Wall Street Unlimited’s mission to empower and uplift the black community.
